 Shoreside is a large family house with original Victorian features. It has spectacular views from the house and garden of the sea with steps from the lawn onto the beach. It is in the quiet seaside and boating village of Seaview with shops, post office, restaurants, pub and yacht club. - Large veranda for eating, drinking and relaxing with sloping lawn to sea and beach for swimming and beach games.
- Good coastal walks to the villages of St. Helens and Bembridge, or to Ryde for the boating lake, ice rink and funfare.
Accommodation
Flat 1 comprises the ground and half of the first floor of Shoreside with comfortable accommodation for 10 people in 5 bedrooms. - The front sitting room with open fire, TV and CD player has extensive sea views and bay window and can be enlarged by a folding partition to form a lovely spacious sitting/dining room. Part of this room may alternatively be used as a single bedroom (bed provided).
- The large kitchen/diner seats 10, with storeroom and stock of board games should it rain.
 - Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom looking over the sea, a twin bedded room and family bathroom with a W.C., bath and overhead shower. There is also a further W.C. with hand basin and separate shower room.
- Upstairs overlooking the sea are a large double bedroom and a room with 2 bunks. There is another double bedroom and a separate W.C.
- All bedrooms apart from the bunk room have hand basins.
- A telephone is available.
Parking available on the adjacent road with steps down to the house. There is also a public car park a minute's walk away next to the Seaview shops.
