• 3 miles away is the village of Fowey, historic town that offers excellent sailing opportunities, wonderful pubs and restaurants and is the centre for the annual Du Maurier Festival.
• Coastal and inland footpaths provide many miles of superb walking and the world renowned Eden Project is only 4 miles away.
• Access to the North coast and the gastronomic delights of Padstow or the surfing area of Newquay could not be easier and via Bodmin moor will take approx 25mins by car.
