Sherfield Cottage is located at the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of unspoilt marsh and heathland, within a few minutes walk of the world-famous Snape Maltings Concert Hall. The village of Snape is an ideal base for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside, including the RSPB nature reserves at Minsmere and Havergate Island and historic towns such as Orford and Dunwich, as well as for the annual Aldeburgh festival.
The 300 year-old cottage itself is set in large gardens within easy reach of the village centre, the local pubs and open countryside. It provides spacious accommodation for up to six people in four bedrooms and contains many original features, including exposed beams and a large open fireplace. The cottage is simply and tastefully furnished throughout and the kitchen very well equipped.
Ground Floor Sitting Room with large open fireplace, colour TV, stereo/CD player. Dining Room with exposed beams and oak table seating up to 8 people. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine. Bathroom and Separate Toilet. First Floor - Bedroom 1: double bed (4'6").

- Bedrooms 3 and 4: small double beds (4').
- Bedrooms are inter-connected and reached by 2 sets of stairs (one at each end of the cottage).
Other Information - Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided.

- Logs for the open fire are available at extra cost.
- The cottage stairs are steep, in keeping with a property of this age.
