No.1 Seymour Court is a self-catering holiday cottage sleeping 4/5. The cottage is decorated in a modern style to provide comfortable accommodation with private parking in front of the property. A shared 'boat park' can be used for sitting-out, barbecues. A variety of pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions and shops are readily accessible by foot.

Situated in a private courtyard on the waters edge of the Medina river estuary, in East Cowes, Isle of Wight, the busy waterway has a seemingly endless flow of sailing boats coming and going with the tides. Many top sailing yachts are seen passing. Enjoy fishing or crabbing off the sea wall or just relax and enjoy the views while soaking up the atmosphere.

The floating bridge provides easy access to West Cowes for additional shopping, restaurants. The service runs every few minutes and is free for foot passengers. East Cowes' central location brings the whole island within easy reach by car. A frequent bus services is available. This makes it an Ideal base to explore the Island by day and Cowes by night.

Accommodation

There is a modern, well equipped kitchen and lounge on the first floor offering unobstructed views of the Medina and Solent. The balcony leads off the lounge.

The bathroom and bedrooms are on the ground floor.

The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes for all the guests.

The second bedroom contains full size bunk beds.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for a fifth person if required.

The bathroom has bath and shower facilities.
