Seaward is a secluded, detached 1930's hillside bungalow surrounded by lovely gardens, offering panoramic views over the beautiful Dorset countryside. Inside, light and airy retro inspired interior has an eclectic mix of vintage and modern.


Accommodation:  
  • The property is fully centrally heated.
  • Sun room: Dining table and chairs with floor to ceiling window offering uninterrupted views.
  • Sitting room: Open fire, 2 sofas, TV, DVD player, radio and a selection of DVDs.
  • Bedroom 1: Double bed and dual aspect windows with views of Stonebarrow. Built in wardrobe containing a game cube, playstation and a selection of games, chest of draws, antique dentist chair, sideboard containing a selection of games, a bookcase with various reading and information books and TV with built in DVD player.
  • Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, with dual aspect views including a glimpse of Golden cap.
  • Kitchen: Well equipped, incorporating electric hob and fan oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and a glimpse of the sea from the window.
  • Small hallway with coat hanging area off which is a second toilet, plus 2 larders, one containing a washing machine.
  • Bathroom: Bath with shower, hand basin and WC.
  • Travel cot and high chair if needed, also an avant bottle steriliser.
  • There are no towels or linen - you must provide your own.
 Outside:  
  • Garden: The bungalow boasts almost half an acre of much loved steeply terraced garden, offering virtually complete privacy. Includes a large flat lawned area with a picnic bench. There is a shed with useful garden and beach items, including a gas barbecue.
  • Drive: Enough space for several cars. To save using the 40 steps from drive to bungalow, when unloading car, alternative access further up the lane.
Local area:  
  • Perched on the hillside with direct access to many pleasant country and coastal walks.
  • A choice of beaches along the Historic jurassic coast within a few minutes drive including the famous fossil beaches of Charmouth and Lyme Regis.
  • It is only 4 miles to the market town of Bridport.
  • There is a regular bus service from the bottom of the lane to Weymouth or Exeter.
