The harbour town of Mevagissey is situated on the South Cornish Coast, and is a popular holiday destination. Renowned as a traditional fishing harbour, with quaint narrow streets, galleries, restaurants and shops catering for most everyday requirements. Local attractions within a short car journey include the world famous Eden Project - 6 miles, and The Lost Gardens of Heligan just 2 miles.

Sea View occupies an elevated position over Mevagissey, enjoying stunning and far reaching coastal and sea views, with as far afield as Dartmoor on a fine day. A few yards from the bungalow there is access to a fine beach. Parking outside property.

The property consists of:

Lounge / Diner with sea views.
Modern kitchen with built-in applicances, including fridge. There is also a microwave.
Utility room with washing machine.
Bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin and separate shower.
1 Double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom overlooking the front garden and having sea views. Sleeps 4 (could sleep 6 - double bedsettee) (also cot and high chair are available on request).
There is also a conservatory, and the back garden provides a private sitting out area, and is enclosed with high stone walls and hedging. Part lawned and part with ornate paved patio area.
