If you are looking for quality self catering accommodation on the Isle of Wight - look no further. This lovely, semi-detached cottage is cosy, beautifully furnished, and has all the ingredients for a holiday to remember. Refurbished to an excellent standard in 2004, the cottage has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and is perfect for families who are looking for 'home from home' self catering accommodation on the Isle of Wight.
 Conveniently situated just off the village green in the picturesque village of St Helens, the cottage it is within 10 minutes walk of the beach (which is ideal for rock pooling and swimming) and 5 minutes walk of the harbour and adjoining National Trust land. There is also a village pub, restaurant and shops/post office within walking distance of the cottage.
Seaview Cottage offers high quality self catering accommodation in a quiet location which is ideal for beach holidays, walking holidays and cycling holidays. There are fabulous views and countryside to be discovered along the miles of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths that the Isle of Wight has to offer. Birdwatchers will also find the cottage ideally located for the RSPB reserve.
For those who can resist the lure of the beach there are a number of activities in nearby Ryde and Puckpool park especially for children. The well known sailing village of Bembridge is across the harbour with charming restaurants, shops church and national Trust windmill.
St Helens village green is well known locally for the village cricket. The playground and open space of the green is an excellent place for children to let off steam.
Accommodation:  Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, halogen hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster. French doors open onto the courtyard garden. Open plan dining room with wood laminate floor furnished with sideboard, dining table, 4 chairs and 2 stools. Comfortable lounge with 21 inch TV, Video player, DVD player and radio/CD/cassette player. Furnished with 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table. Wood laminate floor is partially covered with new rug. Bathroom with over-bath shower, with tiled walls and linoleum flooring. Downstairs WC and tiled shower with electric shower unit. Enclosed courtyard garden (safe to leave bicycles). 2 double bedrooms, 1 small single bedroom all with some sea views. Excellent quality furnishings, including carpets, rug, blinds and curtains. Price includes: - Gas for central heating and hot water.

Additional Information - Bookings are usually taken from Friday to Friday.
- Shortbreaks available but not normally in school holidays.
- The property will be ready to be occupied at 3pm on the day of arrival.
- We ask guests to vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- Bookings can be made by email or post.
- A £100 refundable deposit is charged against cleaning/damages which is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure.
- A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance (and £100 refundable deposit) is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- The nearest parking is on Lower Green Road, 15 yards away from the cottage.
- A strict no-smoking policy is enforced.
