Seaside Cottage, 17 McPherson St, is a 4 bedroomed traditional fisherman's cottage in the village of Hopeman, Moray, on the southern shores of the Moray Firth, which enjoys its own pleasant micro climate throughout the year.

Accommodation

The cottage can comfortably accommodate 8 people and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 attic bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Internet connection available.
The property has had a new extension added (completed 2008) with downstairs toilet, kitchen and breakfast bar, sunlounge with great views of the sea.
Outside decking allows uninterrupted views of the Moray Firth. It is ideal for viewing the famous Moray Firth dolphins and other wildlife.

Location

Within a few hundred yards are local shops and pubs(2), in sight is local play park, harbour and beaches.
Beautiful coastal walks are easily accessed which can go all the way to Lossiemouth.
Elgin and Inverness both historic towns are within driving distance as is the famous whisky trail on Speyside.
Hopeman Golf Club is 5 minutes walk, this is a testing par 68 with some spectacular holes with great views especially the par 3, 12th. Visitors are most welcome. Close by are a selection of other high quality and good value courses at Moray (2 courses), Elgin, Forres and Nairn (2 courses).
