Seashells is a fully refurbished dormer bungalow and became a popular and excellent addition to the holiday market in 2010. It is furnished to an excellent standard throughout and is available all year round. Seashells is a very spacious property and is ideal for larger families or small groups of walkers, golfers and water sports enthusiasts. It has a garage to store equipment.

Seashells is very well situated for visiting both local beaches. Beadnell Bay is 5 minutes stroll and the very quiet Haven Beach is 300 yards away.
2 pubs serving good meals and providing WiFi, and children's playground close by.

Ground Floor:

Entrance porch.
Large lounge/diner. Leather sofas, Flat screen TV, DVD, Video, Freeview box, music system, electric stove.
Dining room - seating 8, with patio doors leading to
Large conservatory/ sun lounge overlooking rear garden. Leather sofas, flat screen TV with DVD player, Play Station 2.
Kitchen. Large, very well equipped, fitted kitchen with tall larder fridge/ freezer, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, iron etc.
Master bedroom - King-size sleigh bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside lighting.
Twin bedroom with pine sleigh beds and fitted wardrobes.
Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, whb and wc. Heated towel rail, shaver point.

First floor:

Carpetted flooring (dogs are not allowed in this part of the house).

Beadnell Village
There are two pubs, both serving bar and restaurant meals, within a five minute walk of the house. Post Office/newsagent/ general store on the sea front. Fish and Chip shop April - November.

Out and About

The coastline of North Northumberland is well known for its sandy beaches and superb scenery along with its picturesque villages overlooked by magnificent castles.
The historic village of Beadnell lies just a few miles east of the main A1 that links Edinburgh with Newcastle-upon-Tyne, but despite this, it remains off the beaten track and as a result has not been spoilt by over-development.
Just off this stretch of coastline, lie the Farne Islands. Well known by SCUBA divers and naturalists alike, these islands are host to a diverse cross section of marine life and coastal species. Boat trips to the Farnes can be arranged from Seahouses, 2 miles north of Beadnell.
There are interesting market towns in the region. Alnwick with its majestic castle, famous gardens and weekly market is only 12 miles away. Morpeth and Berwick both a scenic 25 mile drive.
A visit to the region would not be complete without a visit to Holy Island. (Tide times can be checked at Seahouses, or ask one of the locals).
Young or old, walker, bird-watcher, golfer or sandcastle builder the area has something for everyone.
