 Seascape is a ground floor apartment ideally located overlooking Summerleaze Beach in Bude, on the north coast of Cornwall, 2 minutes walk from beautiful sandy beaches and town with a large selection of restaurants, gift shops and bars. Situated on the South West Coastal footpath. There is a seating area to the front, and off street parking for one car. The accommodation has full central heating.
Accommodation: The apartment comprises a porch and hallway leading to a large lounge with bay window taking full advantage of views, sunshine and spectacular sunsets. In addition to seating for four there is a full size sofa bed. Bedroom contains king size four poster bed and plenty of storage. Shower room has white suite with double sized walk in shower. Spacious kitchen/diner with access to small enclosed yard, ideal for storing surf boards, bicycles etc. Facilities include: - TV, DVD, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and an electric cooker.
- Local maps and leaflets of the area are also available for guests to use.
- Bed linen and towels provided.
- Electricity uses £1 coin meter.
Location: - Bude is situated just off the A39 on the north coast of Cornwall, midway between Barnstaple and Newquay.
- Within 200mtrs there is the town centre of Bude. Within 400mtrs there is the golden sandy beach and sea pool (both fully covered by RNLI lifeguards May-September).
- A short drive will take you to the pretty coastal villages of Tintagel, Boscastle and Clovelly. Exeter, Plymouth and Barnstaple are all approximately one hour's drive away. The Eden Project and many National Trust properties and gardens are within 50 miles.
- Bude has a very good cycle track routes through the nature reserve and tranquil walks along the canal.
- Activities in Bude include fishing, surfing, canoeing, cycling, golf, tennis, indoor swimming pool, crazy golf.
