Seaport Lodge, in beautiful Mawgan Porth, is a modern, secluded, spacious beach house with excellent sea views, perfect for families with young children! It is newly decorated in neutral colours and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for 7 plus cot, in four bedrooms. Additional accommodation is available in the grounds within a fully-equipped Mobile Home (sleeps 4-6).

Seaport Lodge is a spacious and comfortable modern beach house sleeping up to 7, overlooking Mawgan Porth. Close to the local amenities and only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, this delightful 4 bedroom bungalow which is surrounded by farmland on all sides, is the perfect base for families or friends to enjoy all that Mawgan Porth and North Cornwall has to offer.

Newly decorated in neutral colours and furnishings, the bungalow comprises 4 bedrooms (1 super king, 1 king, 1 twin, 1 single and/or cot) and 2 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, a living and dining room area (with table and chairs to seat 8) as well as a utility room in addition.
The property has a very large private landscaped garden with 3 decking areas, a children's play area with swings, a brand new trampoline and views of the sea as well as parking for up to 5 cars. New Rattan outdoor furniture to relax on.
Seaport Lodge includes plenty of entertainment in the form of a large wall-mounted plasma screen, Freeview, DVD player and iPod docking station.
The living area is extremely spacious with a large corner sofa for relaxing and enjoying the view as well as a wood-burning stove for those winter evenings.
The well equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.
The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and space to hang wet clothes.
A travel cot, high chair, bed guard, sterilisers, bouncy chair, and even children's toys are available upon request.
Finally, a luxurious mobile home/ static caravan in the grounds has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and a sofabed in the lounge) and is also available on request.

Mawgan Porth, is a perfect sheltered sandy beach, backed by large cliffs. This is one of Cornwall's most contemporary destinations where you will find a deli, farm shop, pub, restaurant and surf school.
