• Parking - directly behind the apartment (very few properties in Dartmouth have there own parking).

Dartmouth is a truly spectacular and beautiful place to visit, located on the hillside which looks down on the busy deepwater harbour. It's the perfect place to come for all, you can either just relax and sit by the harbour front watching all types of sea faring vessels pass you by or for the more adventurous why not try your hand at sailing!  

• Activities: Cliff walking, tennis, swimming, sailing and surfing.
• Relaxing activities: Fishing, golf, sun bathing, shopping, bird watching, crabbing, river cruises and for train enthusiasts there is a fully operational Steam Railway close by.
• Beaches near by: Blackpool sands (as pictured), Slapton sands and Beesands.
• Torquay, Paignton and Brixham - close by.
• Festivals: All year round and a must see - especially Regatta in August.
