Seabank Farmhouse is situated near the small village of Benderloch, 9 miles North of the town of Oban on the scenic West Coast of Scotland. There is a licensed general store, café and restaurant in the village and supermarkets in Oban.

There are opportunities for most outdoor activities, on and off the water. Adjoining part of the grounds is a wildlife reserve with marked walking trails. For those wishing to explore the region there are wonderful day trips to the islands of Mull, Iona and Staffa. Fort William and Glencoe are less than an hour away. The region is renowned for its seafood, and some of Scotland's finest restaurants are within easy travelling distance.
