Set in the small village of Dungeagan on the edge of Ballinskelligs Bay, part of the Ring of Kerry, this five star detached house sits in a 1/3 acre garden enjoying views over sea and mountains.

Within walking distance is the shoreline with its fabulous blue flag sandy beaches and quay offering sea fishing and boat trips to the famous Skellig islands.
Restaurants, world class golf courses, loch and river fishing, quad-bike safaris, horse riding, diving and other activities are available locally and at Carishaveen, Waterville or Portmagee seven miles distant.
A few minutes walk to the pub offers Irish singing and dancing in the summer, a few minutes further is the Cill Rialagh art centre.

Location

For the golfer, the international Waterville Links Course provides a challenge for the best golfer and is just 6 miles away. For the fisherman, game fishing on the lake for trout is an easy drive of 8 miles. A perfect spot for doing something or doing nothing. Carishaveen - a busy market town provides supermarkets, restaurants and pubs, and is a 20 minute drive. The fabulous Ring of Kerry is readily accessible with Killarney and Tralee and Kerry Airport (to Europe and the UK) less than a two hour drive.
