This impressively stylish 200 year old cottage is situated in a country lane, convenient to Kilmore Quay and the stunning Hook peninsular with its fine array of surrounding beaches (blue flag and fishing), renowned seafood restaurants and boat trips to the Saltee Islands. The house is set in 3 acres with terraces and lawn orchard overlooking its own river, al fresco dining with table and seating for 8. The river is fenced off with gated access to its riverbank. The original stone stables have been restored and provide a games room.
