Set in the beautiful Lake District Scales View is a wonderfully restored barn conversion comprising 3 cottages and is an ideal place for a short break or holiday. Properties can be let individually or as a group accommodating 2 - 16 people.

Cottages 1 (Scales View) and 3 (Blencathra View) comprise 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and 1 twin + bathroom and additional shower room.
Cottage 2 (Clough View) comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin + bathroom and en suite WC (double room).
All with double glazing and oil fired central heating.
Very comfortable Lounge/Dining area - TV, DVD, video, CD / radio / cassette and magnificent views of Threlkeld Valley and Clough Head.
Fully fitted kitchen - dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob/oven/extractor, sandwich maker, portable grill.
Bathrooms - full size bath with electric shower, WC, washbasin and shaver point + additional shower rooms in 1 and 3.

Stunning mountains, valleys, rivers and villages surround Threlkeld and Keswick make this an excellent location for walking, cycling, climbing, fishing, canoeing and bird watching (including Ospreys).
