 San Ging is an architect designed modern detached house situated in an elevated location, three quarters of a mile from Keswick Town Centre. The property has stunning views over Keswick, the nearby mountains and Bassenthwaite Lake in the distance.
Accommodation
Built in 2003 and newly on the market as a holiday house, San Ging offers a 4 bedroom retreat. Designed into the hillside, 'San Ging' means 'mountain view' and offers accommodation on several levels, making it ideal for a family (or two families!) or group of friends.  - The property is extremely well equipped and incorporates 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (and a seperate w.c.) to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Full advantage is taken of the view from the large sitting room, the en-suite master bedroom and twin bedroom, especially as the sun sinks over the horizon.
- On the lower level is the entrance to the house, a cloakroom and a double garage which contains a utility area with washer and dryer. From there, stairs lead to a landing with large kitchen/diner. This room has French doors onto a small south west facing patio. The kitchen has the full range of built in units with all appliances and a large gas range cooker.
 - A short flight of stairs brings you to the main floor, home to a large, bright sunroom leading out to the patio (south facing) with barbecue and outdoor dining.
- Off the sunroom is a luxurious bathroom, with large shower and free standing bath, and the corridor leads to the double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, the larger of which has en suite facilities.
- From this floor, a short flight of stairs leads to the top floor which contains the twin bedroom, the bunk bed room and the sitting room.
