Sandmartin's is set in open countryside, it sits on a family run dairy farm on the edge of the village of Higher Kinnerton. The bungalow is self-contained and has it's own small garden.

There are many lanes and footpaths for exploring, ideal for walking and cycling as well as being an ideal base for visiting Chester, Shropshire, the North Wales coast and Snowdonia, even a trip to Chester races or simply to do some Christmas shopping!

Accommodation
Sandmartin's is fully equipped, there is even an open fire to make winter evenings cosy, you can be sure of a warm welcome when you stay at Sandmartins.
