Sand Martin Cottage, a converted barn in the Clachan of Auchencar (field of the standing stone) is situated on the west side of the island in a rural location facing the sea and Mull of Kintyre with hills behind. A high percentage of repeat business.

Gas central heating throughout and electric underfloor heating in main room. Coin meter.

Ground floor:

Open plan kitchen/living room, fridge, small freezer, toaster, electric fan oven and grill, gas hob, extractor, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for 6.
