North Berwick is an attractive seaside resort, a golfers' paradise and an ideal base for visiting Edinburgh, Scotland's capital.

Saheda is a cosy Victorian house situated in a prime seafront location, adjacent to the beach commanding panoramic views across the East Bay. A short walk into town, 5 minutes to the Glen golf course, 10 minutes to the Scottish Seabird Centre and harbour. Front garden with private parking, secluded garden to the rear with patio/lawn and direct access to the putting green and tennis courts.

Sleeps 6/7: 3 Bedrooms, Lounge, Kitchen, Dining area, Sunroom and two Bathrooms (one ensuite) plus additional downstairs toilet.

The ground floor comprises:

A large sitting room with TV and bay window to take advantage of the breathtaking views.
