Bathroom; Bath with shower, shower cubicle, WC, washbasin
Bedding: Singles have 3ft duvets, doubles have 4'6" duvets
Duvet covers, pillow cases and towels NOT provided. There are drying-up cloths, bath mats and small hand towels.
GROUND FLOOR: Front door into hall;
Sittingroom with three sofas and a bed settee (double), digital TV, DVD player, music centre, wireless internet zone and games computer and internet.
Diningroom with large oval dining table to seat 12, hatch to kitchen, patio door to front garden;
WC and handbasin;
Kitchen/diner with two fan ovens, 5 gas hob, chip fryer, two microwaves, fridge/freezer, fridge, dishwasher;
Utility room with washing machine, separate dryer, freezer and doors to rear patio, and garage playroom.
OUTSIDE: The drive leads off from a quiet cul de sac and has parking for 4 cars / boats. There is an enclosed front garden with a large table and outside chairs and an enclosed rear patio with a clothes airer.

If only the Friday is listed as booked then the booking is provisional. Prices are for whole weeks and there is no reduction for parts of weeks.
