Sahara is a coastal, four bedroomed, family home within 5 minutes walk of the beach.

The house has views of the sea from the front bedrooms, has spacious living rooms and enjoys a sunny aspect with an enclosed garden.
There is ample parking and a double garage/playroom.
This house is well insulated and comfortable and is fully centrally heated. There is an open fire in the living room.
Equipment includes washing machine, tumble dryer, microwaves, dishwasher, DVD player, music centre, set-top-box-TV, Wireless Internet, computer for games & internet.
Outside table, chairs and barbecue.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off the Rock Road it is peaceful yet has all the advantages of being 5 mins walk to the beach, St Enedoc Golf Club, a pub and local restaurants and the excellent local shops. The air is fresh and invigorating and the sun can be very strong. Walks across the golf course and dunes give spectacular views of the mouth of the Estuary and out to the Atlantic. Dogs are allowed on some local beaches and dune areas.

Golf, sea watersports such as sailing, skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, fishing, cycling, rambling, birdwatching, boat trips and a Ferry to the historic port of Padstow.

Area activities:
Visits to Tintagel, Port Isaac, National Trust properties and gardens, The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor and Roughtor, the cinema, children's adventure centres, horse riding, tennis, cycling along the Camel trail from Padstow - Wadebridge - Bodmin. Kayaking.
