Rydon Lodge is full of charm offering well presented accommodation complete with open fireplace, beams and pretty garden, located approximately 1.7 miles from the estuary town of Topsham. It offers easy access to many coastal beaches and the moors.

The accommodation comprises; Entrance Porch. Sitting room/Dining Room. Kitchen breakfast room fully equipped. Down stairs bathroom with shower.
Leading from the kitchen is a lawned garden and attractive patio.
First floor accommodation includes 3 bedrooms.
The cottage is fully centrally heated and there is barbecue and patio furniture available.

Accommodation
This idyllic, detached former lodge dates back to 1840 and offers charming and spacious accommodation. It's pretty terraced and secluded garden has steps leading to a raised lawn and landscaped patio with furniture and BBQ to enjoy the summer sun. In cooler times the cottage, with its log burning inglenook fire is an inviting place to return to after a visit to the many nearby attractions. These include Topsham with its shops, pubs, quay and antique centre. Exmouth beach is within easy reach, also Dartmoor National Park, Exeter Golf and County Club, Nature Reserves and Adventure Parks. But if you feel lazy the local pub is just yards away with its thatched roof, large grounds, outdoor eating and restaurant offering a range of good food supplied by local farmers and fishermen.

DIRECTIONS
Coming from the north, M5 exit J30. Take the A376 to Exmouth.
1st island go right round back towards the motorway.
Turn left just before the motorway island into Clyst Lane.
Drive 200 Mtrs past the Blue Ball Inn.
Turn right, into Rydon Lane, cottage on your right.
