The Mill can be booked for short term lets. Short term holidays are usually listed on the availability charts rutterfalls
The Mill is sometimes available for a 3 night booking at
£350 but only if we do not have a week booking 3 weeks ahead in summer (British Summer Time) and 4 weeks ahead in winter.
This includes a welcome pack of homemade bread, butter, homemade marmalade, jam, ground coffee, tea, milk, sugar, homemade cake and Champagne.
If this suits you to plan your weekend away at short notice please have a look at our availability on the web page and if you find a free weekend give us a call, stating the number of people*. We will hold The Mill in your name for 3 days while you send us the full payment of £350 (made payable to S Smith) this will secure the booking for you. When your cheque arrives we will send confirmation of your booking.

Arrival after 4pm - Departure by 11am
Full oil gas central heating.
Bedding and towels are provided.

*The property with its open-plan staircase and balcony overlooking the river is not suitable for children hence no one under 12 years of age.
No smoking in the building.
Please note there is a returnable breakage and excessive cleaning deposit of £100 cash payable on arrival, the party organiser who takes responsibility for the booking normally pays this and it has been refunded, to date, within 4 working days with one exception.
