Rutland Cottages - a group of attractive cottages in Caldecott village, in the ancient county of Rutland, overlooking Rockingham Castle in the picturesque Welland Valley, an area bordering, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
The Accommodation The largest property; Wisteria Cottage and adjoining Chalet and Lodge can accommodate up to eleven persons, or they can be divided into three self-contained units with Wisteria sleeping up to five, the Chalet up to four and the Lodge two persons. Wisteria cottage complex provides quality furnishings throughout. Each tastefully decorated lounge has comfortable seating TV (Sky satellite or Freeview), a stereo system, books to read and games to play. The luxury kitchens are all fully equipped and include a refrigerator, microwave and a multi burner cooker with oven. Wisteria also has a washing machine and dishwasher. Every bedroom has twin beds apart from the Lodge that has a double bed. Each bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC, shaver point and hair dryer. Complimentary toiletries and towels are also provided. Facilities include: Sky satellite TV + DVD or VCR player Stereo system with FM radio, CD and cassette player Full central heating and double glazing All bed linen and towels provided Electricity and gas charges included Secure off-road parking Attractive gardens, with outdoor furniture and BBQ Rutland Cottages have two other self-catering cottages very close to Wisteria. There's Magnolia Cottage next door that can sleep up to five persons and Somercott Cottage, just across the road that sleeps another four people.
