Rowan Cottage is a new property, November 2007. Situated on the hillside it provides a quiet and safe retreat for the ideal family holiday. Finstown is a village situated half way between Stromness and Kirkwall (7 miles) and is the cross roads for the country bus services. There is a village shop, pub, post office, garage with fuel services and the local church provides cafe facilities on a Saturday, all with in easy walking distance.

Accommodation comprises:

Open plan living and dining.
TV with Digi-box, DVD and CD player.
Modern fitted kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Double bedroom.
Second bedroom with single and guest bed.
Toilet with shower.
