A spacious two-bedroom first floor apartment that sleeps six. Benefiting from stunning sea views, it is based in the heart of Ventnor close to shops, great pubs and restaurants, yet less than five minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has recently been redecorated and refurbished to a high specification.
 
About the Apartment: In the lounge there are leather sofas with a colour TV and DVD/Video player plus a stereo system (a small selection of DVDs, Videos and CDs is provided). The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The large bathroom has an over bath shower. In the main bedroom is a king size bed, whilst in the larger second bedroom there is a double bed plus a set of bunk beds. There is an allocated parking space opposite. About Ventnor: - Ventnor is the most southerly of the island's resorts and is renowned for its mild climate.
- The sand and shingle beach and esplanade are sheltered from the north by St Boniface Down making them a glorious trap for sunshine but with tempering soft sea breezes.
- Fish and shellfish can be bought on the beach where they're landed and real ale from the brewery where it's made.
- Sailing, surfing, fishing and golf are all on hand close by.
- It is the ideal base for a beach or activity holiday. There are 30 miles of stunning Heritage Coast & acres of Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty to be explored, offering excellent walking opportunities for all abilities.
- The island has so many attractions all within a short drive that neither children nor adults would ever run out of things to do, even if (God forbid) it should rain during your stay.
