Benefiting from stunning sea views, it is based in the heart of Ventnor close to shops, great pubs and restaurants, yet less than five minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has recently been redecorated and refurbished to a high specification.

• In the lounge there are leather sofas with a colour TV and DVD/Video player plus a stereo system (a small selection of DVDs, Videos and CDs is provided).
• The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
• The large bathroom has an over bath shower.
• In the main bedroom is a king size bed, whilst in the larger second bedroom there is a double bed plus a set of bunk beds.
• There is an allocated parking space opposite.
