This is what David & Pauline Booth wrote to us in May 2011 after staying in Apple Cottage:
"Dear John & Jacqui,
Sorry that we did not see you on Friday morning. We set off early because of the long journey and a commitment to see an old friend in Ammanford at 9.30.
We did see Jacqui the night before as she made a splendid job of the grass cutting. Obviously you have not got any sheep yet to do the job for you.
Anyway we had a super week, the weather was good to us, the cottage as splendid as ever (your continuing work on the complex shows up well).
We hope we left everything in "apple pie order" (except for the bulb over the fireplace).
