ROSECRADDOC is a small select park set in a quiet wooded valley surrounded by open countryside. Mature rhododendrons provide beautiful colour in spring. Tiny river Seaton meanders through the village. Trebellan provides the ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. Safe beaches within easy reach. Abundance of attractions: The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Polperro, Mevagissy, Padstow.

Fishing at Rosecraddoc Manor Lake is now available.
The tennis court can be hired at the Manor (Rules and Fees Apply).

Accommodation  

• Lounge diner - CTV with Freeview and DVD player.
• Bathroom - Electric shower, wash basin, WC.
• Kitchen - fully equipped.
• Fridge/freezer, microwave, Washer/dryer, Dishwasher.
• Three separate bedrooms, one with double bed, second with two single beds and the third with bunk beds. CTV with Freeview in double bedroom.
• Beds have quality duvets and fresh bed linen is provided.

Outside  

• Paved patio area at rear and parking for two cars in own drive.

The kitchen is fitted with a Fan Oven and Hob, a Washer/dryer and Dishwasher.

Electricity is by £1 coin meter.
During the colder months the night storage heater is left on free of charge.
