 Rose Cottage is a really pretty 'roses round the door' cottage that provides a superb holiday retreat for anyone wishing to stay in Derbyshire. It offers lots and lots of luxury accommodation in which beamed ceilings, panelled doors and a glowing log burning stove combine with quality furniture, super decoration and every modern facility. - Set in lovely countryside on the edge of the Peak District National Park the cottage has a super location.
- The pretty village of Barlow with the popular 'Old Pump' pub is just a stroll along the road.
- Linacre valley with its wildlife woods and reservoirs is but a five minute drive away.
 - Chesterfield with its historic market square, 'crooked spire', cinemas and new shopping centre is just as convenient.
- Children who are with you will enjoy Gulliver's Kingdom, the Chestnut Owl and Otter Sanctuary and Carsington's adventure playground.
- What about Bakewell, Matlock Bath's cable cars and many a stop at the local pubs for the adults.
- Everyone will enjoy a visit to Chatsworth House, a ride on Peak Rail's steam trains and the nostalgia of the National Tramway Museum.
