 Barn Cottage is an exceptionally comfortable, detached 3-bedroom single-storey holiday home. We believe it was built around 1871 and converted from the farm-milking parlour in 1982. This now offers an exceptionally comfortable and character full accommodation, with a lounge with vaulted ceiling and curved wall with exposed roof timbers and beams. There is a log-burning stove on a slate hearth. All of this must be seen to be appreciated.
Barn Cottage forms one side of an attractive courtyard of barn conversions, set back from a small road through the hamlet over the village green with a wide entrance. - The cottage has night storage heaters and electric heaters and also offers a log-burning stove.
- The living room has comfortable furnishings, colour television, video and radio.
 - The kitchen has a full-size electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, 4 slice toaster and all the utensils and crockery you are likely to need during your stay.
- The bedrooms are set out as: One double bedroom, one twin room, one single room.
- The accommodation offers an attractive, tiled bathroom with power shower and bath.
- Barn Cottage has level access, allowing entry for pushchairs and standard wheelchairs.
- Barn Cottage has its own seating area within the courtyard in front of the property. An adjoining good-sized garage, along with an additional allocated parking space, offers ample parking.
- Within the large garage there is an automatic washing machine (this doesn't reduce the ample parking within the garage), along with a tumble dryer available for your use.
 - Bed linen is provided and towels can be hired for a weekly charge.
- A cot and high chair is available on request (£5 each per week). We do not provide sheets or blankets for cots.
- Electricity is included in the rental.
- Dogs are welcome at a weekly charge of £10, dog bed is provided.
Location
The rural hamlet of Rosecare offers a peaceful haven. It's approximately one mile from the A39 on the coastal side and lies approximately a mile to a mile and a half North of the Cornish village of Crackington Haven, offering a beach and dramatic coastal walks. There are general stores and a post office within walking distance of the cottage.
