Rose Cottage is situated in Golberdon, a tiny hamlet on the lower slopes of Bodmin Moor with far reaching, expansive views across rolling farmland. Golberdon assures its visitors of rural tranquillity, with superb walking and horse riding country to be found in every direction. Wander the Moors, fish in the nearby river Tamar, sail on Siblyback lake, spend some time in the beautiful Dartmoor market town of Tavistock (8 miles) or while away the day in the maritime city of Plymouth or on the south coast beaches. It's all so easy from Golberdon, ideal at any time of year.
