Roschavn is a tastefully furnished semi-detached bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area of Kirkwall. It is within a 15 minute walk of the historic town centre of Kirkwall, which boasts the world famous St Magnus Cathedral, the Earl's and Bishop's Palaces (a bus service also passes by the cul-de-sac regularly throughout the day, taking you into town). There are some wonderful local craft and jewellery shops on Broad Street, Albert Street and Bridge Street. You will be within a half hours drive of many of the Orkney mainland beauty spots, thus being very central for your holiday.

Access is off the main Deerness Road (Airport Road) and into a quiet residential area.
Private driveway, with ample parking for 2 cars, and garden with drying area.
2 double bedrooms with fitted (partly shelved) wardrobes + cot available.
Bathroom with shower over bath.
Living room with comfortable sofas, TV, Freeview, DVD/CD player.
Large kitchen with table and chairs, double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster + high chair available.

To allow us time to prepare the house for incoming guests, arrivals should be from 2pm and please vacate the house by 10am on departure day.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The only exception to this rule would be if the booking were a last minute (late) booking, in which case the full amount would be payable to secure the booking. An e-mail or letter will be sent to confirm your booking.
