ROMALDIRK HOLIDAY COTTAGES are stone built detached properties set within the beautiful surroundings of Teesdale. They are located on a farm in the heart of the village of Romaldkirk, just 200 yards from the pretty village green which boasts its original village pump and stocks.

ASHWOOD LODGE
sleeps 14 + 3 children

Recently converted from stables into a 7 bedroomed luxury cottage, it is well decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

Accommodation:
6 twin rooms, 1 double plus 3 extra beds suitable for children, and 5 bathrooms (3 ensuite). Bedroom 7 is on the ground floor. The large lounge leads onto private patio with view across hills and large grassed area.
Kitchen, dining room, utility room and WC are downstairs.

All fuel, electricity, linen and towels are included.

Accommodation:
1 double bedroom, 1 room with 3 singles and 1 Z-bed.
The bathroom is downstairs with bath and separate shower, WC and basin. Dining room with open fire, lounge, kitchen and porch. Patio with garden furniture.

Bed linen provided. Fuel for open fire and oil central heating is included. There are also electric fires. Electricity included. Please bring your own towels.
