Central Weymouth is easily accessible on foot with the shops and seafront a pleasant level 10 minute walk via Radipole Lake and its abundant waterfowl and the marina. Locally, there is a pub, shops and restaurants on Abbotsbury Road within 200 yards. Asda 24 hr supermarket is nearby.

There are frequent local bus services to Portland and Dorchester, and the X53 regularly runs the Jurassic coastal route Eastward to Poole or westward to Exeter via Abbotsbury, Bridport, Lyme Regis, and Seaton.
The semi-detached double glazed, cottage overlooks the Rodwell Trail, which follows the old railway route from Weymouth to Portland as far as Ferrybridge at the start of the Portland causeway. This was featured on TV's Railway Walks.
The two bedroom cottage has been refurbished this winter and has full gas central heating (new condensing combi boiler) making it suitable to let all year round.

Lounge/diner Fully carpeted, Three piece suite, dining table and chairs, digital TV.
Kitchen. Tiled floor, Built in fan oven with electric hob, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and washing machine/ dryer.

1st Floor

Bathroom - Cushion floor, WC. Washbasin, Bath with Shower over bath.
Back bedroom - Fully carpeted. Twin beds with linen provided.
Front bedroom - Fully carpeted. Double Bed with linen.
A folding bed is available on request but please bring your own bedding for this.

Details

Gas and electricity are charged at current rates based on meter readings.
Parking - Unrestricted on road parking.
Bookings - Weeks Friday 5pm - Friday 2pm.
Short Breaks - Out of season or last minute at any time of year. Either Friday - Monday or Monday - Friday are the same price.
NB. We do not provide towels so please remember to bring your own.
