Situated in the highland village of Kirkmichael, the cottage is 2 minutes from the local village shop/post office and there are three inns serving food.
Pitlochry (with its direct rail link to London) and Blairgowrie are 12 miles away. The city of Perth is forty-five minutes away and Glasgow/Edinburgh airports are two hours by road.
Locally there are wonderful gardens, castles, whisky distilleries, great shopping and much more.
Golfers have 40 courses in Perthshire with Rosemount close by and Gleneagles about an hour away.
For fishermen, Tayside contains many magnificent rivers large and small.
Walking, cycling and wildlife facilities are in abundance.
