River View Court and Riverside Court are decorated and furnished to the highest standards and offer wonderful views of the River Torridge as well as being perfect for those wishing to explore the delights of North Devon.

The quaint fishing village of Appledore is only a 10 minute drive where there are many small craft shops and friendly local pubs and restaurants with fresh seafood always on the menu.
The 2 miles of golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! is only a 10 minute drive offering many family amusements. Close by are a wealth of popular attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park, Arlington Court and more.
For the sporting enthusiasts, visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club at the village of Instow or perhaps a game of golf at the Royal North Devon Golf Club.
Shopping is well catered for in the market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford, the town centre of Bideford being only a 10 minute level walk.
In the evenings, enjoy a meal out in Bideford or venture further afield to the many local village pubs all serving excellent food. Alternatively, enjoy fishing over the back wall at high tide.

North Devon is a diverse and wonderful holiday destination, and is blessed with spectacular sandy beaches and striking coastline, bustling market towns and sleepy villages.
The lush rolling hills of the Devonshire countryside, known as Tarka Country, and the wild dramatic moorlands of Exmoor offer stunning landscapes for walkers or cyclists, whilst the golden sandy beaches and coves dotted along the coastline provide surf for the sports enthusiasts and lazy beach days for families or those looking for a more relaxing holiday.
Hartland is perhaps the wildest of all the Heritage Coastline. Sheer rugged cliffs hold many wreckers tales and offer magnificent views across to Lundy Island. The picturesque fishing village of Clovelly is a delight to explore with steep cobbled streets which lead down to a beautiful harbour.
A popular coastal resort, Woolacombe has four miles of golden sandy beach, and Croyde is a magical place renowned for surfing with the village steeped in old-world charm. Among the coast nestled snugly amongst rugged cliffs, Ilfracombe remains largely unspoilt. Many shops, pubs and restaurants surround its bustling harbour and quay.
Joined by the famous cliff railway, Lynmouth, with its attractive harbour and Lynton with its superb views, make the ideal centres from which to explore Exmoor. The attractive market town and centre of Barnstaple offers a unique mix of traditional and fashionable shopping and is renowned for its Pannier markets of local crafts and antiques.
In the heart of Tarka country the ancient settlement of Great Torrington overlooks the River Torridge, whose banks form part of the Tarka Trail, unspoilt countryside to walk or cycle.
