Riverdale Cottage
Tucked away down a leafy lane by the upper reaches of the River Tees, Riverdale Cottage is a Grade II listed building which was once a farm stable. This Victorian farm out-building was originally built around 1860. Then, in 1996, the property was lovingly renovated to provide a cosy detached cottage with romantic couples in mind, with those added touches of luxury that make good accommodation great.
Location - The Cottage is in a prime position at Scar Top, close to the Tourist Information centre.
- Step out of the front door and you can enjoy miles of fantastic woodland walks, access to the historic Barnard Castle itself and all the amenities of a market town that's full of life - all this without crossing a single road.
