 Situated on the outskirts of Newick village, Rivendell offers tranquil, luxurious holiday accommodation sleeping four people. Newick is an attractive East Sussex village situated to the north of the historic county town of Lewes which is about fifteen minutes drive away. - There is good train access from Haywards Heath (6 miles) to London and Gatwick (which is also 40 minutes drive away).
- The village has three pubs, two excellent restaurants, an 11th century church and a small range of shops.
- There are peaceful local walks and, further afield, many well known attractions including Glyndebourne, the Bluebell Railway, Sheffield Park, Wakehurst Place, Nymans gardens and other National Trust gardens and houses, Brighton and Hove, Tunbridge Wells and Lewes itself.

The property is an annexe attached to the owners' property but completely self-contained. The building is constructed to Scandinavian standards, triple glazed and well insulated. - All heating and cooking is by electricity which is included in the hire price.
