Our self-catering conversion adjoins the main farmhouse. Every room in The Dairy was once part of the old farm.
 
 Accommodation Offering one double bedroom on the ground floor and one twin and one single bedroom on the first floor, all are furnished to an exceptional standard. The main bedroom downstairs was previously the dairy maid's quarters. These young women would be responsible for all the milking and cheese making done on the farm. The smaller bedrooms were once part of the cheese loft where the freshly made farm cheeses were stored until they had matured and were ready to sell. The sitting room, once the original farmhouse kitchen, is complete with a real wood burning stove and Sky + TV. Wi-Fi is also available in this room. The generously sized kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and is the perfect place in which to prepare and enjoy evening meals with friends or family. Along with the large entrance hall, these two rooms made up the old dairy where the fresh milk would be chilled and stored until being made into butter and cheese. Freshen up after a busy day in the shower room upstairs or the full sized bathroom downstairs. For those cooler evenings there is central heating throughout. We have include a secure storage unit outside for bicycles, golf clubs, fishing tackle, surfboards etc and the entrance hall is a suitable drying area for outdoor clothes and equipment. Well behaved dogs are welcome and the farm also participates in the British Horse Society's Horses Welcome scheme.
