The traditional stone property built in 1906 is situated in a quiet street in the centre of Portknockie on the Moray Firth coast. Portknockie is a picturesque village about 60 miles from both Aberdeen and Inverness and has in the past few years won 'Best Kept Village in Moray' in the Scotland in Bloom competitions. 6 people can be comfortably accommodated in the property. - Portknockie is an ideal location for a holiday with local activities including golfing, coastal walks, many suitable for cyclists. There is an indoor swimming pool in Buckie (5 miles away).
- Baxter's of Speyside at Fochabers and Johnsons of Elgin are within easy reach.
- In the area pony trekking, mountain biking, fishing, sea angling and bird watching are available as well as cruises from Buckie to spot the dolphins.
- The village of Cullen, famous for its viaduct, has a long sandy beach ideal for children which is within walking distance of the house.
- Portknockie has a few shops including post office, grocers, chemist, hairdressers and chip shop. The nearest supermarket is five miles away in Buckie. There is also an Hotel and pub.

This room next to the kitchen has dining table and chairs for six as well as some easy chairs. There is an electric fire, music centre and TV with DVD player in this room. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, washing/drying machine, microwave, food processor etc. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs - Twin bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table etc.
- Double bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobe.
- Small bedroom with bunk beds and built in cupboards.
- There is also a large square inner landing where it would be possible to put a single bed if required.
- The house has full central heating.
- There is a small enclosed garden at the rear of the property where it is possible to sit. There is also a drying line.
