Rainbow Cottage is a stone and thatched four-bedroom cottage built in 1994. Cleverly designed by an award winning builder, to be in keeping with neighbouring cottages, it has all the charm of old but all the benefits of spacious and family friendly accommodation.

Litton Cheney is a particularly attractive conservation village hidden deep in the Bride Valley between Bridport and Dorchester. It is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The nearest bathing beach is just 3 miles away at Burton Bradstock on the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage site. There is a pub in the village with excellent food. There is also a delightful secluded children's playground just a minute's walk away from the cottage.

Accommodation

There are two big double bedrooms, one en suite, and two twin bedrooms. The family bathroom also has a power shower.
There is a large triple aspect sitting room with an open fire, pretty kitchen with a warm red Aga, dining room with piano, sunroom with French windows to small lawned garden and seating area with table and chairs.
Large entrance hallway and downstairs WC.
Central heating.
Travel cot and highchair available.
The cottage is very well equipped and has a lovely cosy atmosphere.
There is TV / Video / DVD / Satellite / CD player. 2nd TV/DVD in the master bedroom and 3rd TV in the kitchen. Extensive DVD library.
