Railway Cottage situated in the delightful village of Docking and is an ideal base from which to explore all that North Norfolk has to offer. It is a traditional two-bedroom brick and flint cottage, which has been refurbished to the highest standard complementing the character of the cottage but offering the luxuries of modern living.
Accommodation Downstairs comprises an attractively furnished sitting room with open fire and solid oak floor. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room with WC and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, table and four chairs. Step up to lobby with stable door leading to enclosed rear garden. Enclosed garden to the front of the property with garden furniture. Off road parking for one car and roadside parking if coming in more than one vehicle. Included in the price: - Electricity, oil-fired central heating.

Location - Docking is a well-located north Norfolk village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, providing easy access to the area's country and coastal attractions.
- The village has a shop, post office, pubs, which serve food, a fish and chip shop and a large playing field with a tennis court.
- It is four miles from the splendid sandy beach at Brancaster with the traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton seven miles away.
- The charming town of Burnham Market is six miles away and RSPB's reserve at Titchwell only four miles away.
- Throughout the countryside you will find cosy pubs, antique shops and local markets. Alternatively, you can just unwind on the beach in summer or relax by the fireside in the cottage in winter.
