• The kitchen diner is provided with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave. There is sufficient cutlery and chinaware for four place settings. We also provide a washing machine with ironing facilities. A table and chairs completes this area where there is a radio / CD and cassette player.
• In the lounge we offer comfortable chairs with Freeview TV and radio and a DVD player. Patio doors lead on to the garden which you are welcome to relax in.
• The bedroom has a double bed with dressing table, wardrobe, trouser press and hairdryer.
• The bathroom is fully tiled with shower over bath.
• The cottage is fully centrally heated and the provided linen and towels are changed weekly.
• A welcome pack is provided.
• Parking is off street and adjacent to the cottage.
• We are sorry that we cannot accommodate children under ten. We do not allow any animals and we are a non-smoking establishment.

Canterbury
The city centre is a pleasant walk from the cottage to shops, cathedral and other historic interests. There are plenty of walks around the city, or further afield, the coast is just a short drive away. Paris is reached either from Dover on ferry or by Eurostar from Ashford about 15 minutes by train or a half hour drive.

• Beds are made up and towels are provided.
• All services are included in the price.
• Deposits payable to confirm booking. Final payment not less than six weeks before occupancy.
