Quarme is situated just off a bridleway to Dunkery Beacon in the centre of Exmoor National Park. It was purpose built in 1900 as the Quarme Harriers Kennels and has wonderful views over the village of Exford.
  Accommodation The cottage has been modernised to a very comfortable standard and has 2 twin rooms and bathroom upstairs and 1 twin room and bath/shower room downstairs. The sitting room has a woodburning stove and there is a large breakfastroom/kitchen with French doors to an enclosed yard. Oil fired Aga and central heating. There is a large conservatory off the 3rd bedroom which affords a second woodburning stove and is a very elegant garden room with a corner unit sofa and slate table.  Outside - Parking for two cars outside the house, further parking at the top of the drive for two cars.
- The garden is well stocked with interesting plants and is terraced and steep in places. Small children would need to be supervised.
Location - 1/2 mile downhill walk to village shops /post office/general store/newsagents.
