Prospect is a self catering cottage situated 50 meters up a steep lane in the centre of the beautiful village of Corrie on the Isle of Arran. The semi-detached is in an elevated position overlooking the Firth of Clyde.
The cottage is 100 meters from the centre of the village where there is a hotel, craft shop and a great wee local store.
Corrie is close to the main mountain range, a golf course, pony trekking and Sannox beach.
It is five miles north of the main port town of Brodick.
The garden outside the cottage is a great place to relax and it has an interesting collection of azaleas and Japanese acers.
Accommodation
The cottage has a living room, bathroom, kitchen-diner and a double bedroom downstairs and a small single bedroom and a large room with a double and a single bed upstairs.
Real fires can be set in the living room and the kitchen.
The kitchen-diner has a fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedlinen is provided, but we ask you to bring your own towels and tea towels.
We have an electricity meter which takes £1 coins.
There is a small awkward carpark which takes one car - but there is an area at the bottom of the lane where a second car can be parked.
Our bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. We recommend you book your ferry as during the summer the ferry is very busy.
