 Manor Cottage is a charming 3 bedroom cottage with its own garden and small woodland, surrounded by National Trust land and with some sea views. Only ten minutes' walk from the sea and the harbour, yet in a peaceful rural spot, this deceptively roomy cottage is ideal for romantic breaks and family holidays.
Surroundings - Manor Cottage sits on the hill to the west side of the picturesque fishing port of Polperro with its restaurants and historic public houses. The village is renowned for its quaint narrow lanes and whitewashed cottages and still retains its olde world charm.
- The coastal walks in both directions are breathtaking.
 - On the edge of Daphne Du Maurier Country, the cottage makes an ideal base from which to visit famous attractions like the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and is in easy reach of many other delightful places: Fowey, Mevagissey, Looe, Lansallos, Truro and Liskeard.
- There is a wide selection of beaches, water sports, adventure parks and wildlife attractions to suit all ages and interests.
Accommodation The large open plan sitting / dining room is comfortably furnished and well equipped with digital TV, DVD and video. There is also a music system. Oil central heating and a real fire for the cooler summer evenings. A charming fitted pine kitchen equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. 1st Floor - 2 double and 1 single bedrooms, all decorated to a high standard. Family bathroom with bath/shower.
