Point Farm Cottage is a lovely old stone barn which has recently been completely renovated. It comfortably sleeps 4 people and is very well equipped. It is a warm and cosy cottage.
It is situated in an elevated position above Dale village. It has panoramic views looking east along the Milford Haven Estuary, west as far as St Davids and north as far as the Preseli Hills. It is on the coastal path and within a short distance of several beautiful beaches. Dale village and the local pub and yacht club are a 10 minute walk from the cottage.
Accommodation Sleeps 4 + baby. The cottage is cleaned and decorated to a very high standard with carpeting upstairs and oak flooring on the ground floor. One double and one twin bedroom with very good quality bed-linen provided. Newly fitted bathroom with bath/shower, good water pressure and heated towel rail. Newly fitted kitchen with a dining table and dresser. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas. Facilities - Night storage heaters, a high pressure water tank heated with an immersion heater: electricity and gas included in the price.
- Fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a full range of crockery, utensils and glasses.
 - TV with free-view, DVD/video player, CD player and internet access.
- An iron, ironing board and hair-drier are also provided.
- Bedlinen is provided free; bath and hand towels are provided at a charge of £2.50 per person.
- Travel cot and high chair are available.
- One well-behaved dog is welcome (no larger than a Labrador). Dogs are not allowed upstairs.
- Private garden with garden furniture and wonderful views.
- This a no-smoking property.
Access There is a tarmac drive up to the cottage and adequate parking in the forecourt which is shared with the main house. There is a step up into the cottage and a step up from the kitchen to the sitting room. The cottage is not ideally suited to people with restricted mobility.
