 If you are seeking to escape the hectic pace of modern living then Plasau offers you the perfect retreat!
Nestling in the pretty upper reaches of the Dovey valley, Plasau offers guests a haven of peace and tranquillity. Located on a hillside amongst delightful woodlands and pastures, spectacular views abound in all directions with nearby access to an abundance of footpaths and hill walking.
The market towns of Dolgellau and Machynlleth are each about 13 miles away and the spectacular Cambrian coast a mere 40 minute drive. Access to the rest of Snowdonia is easy and the beautiful lakes of Vyrnwy and Bala are a spectacular 20 minute drive away over the highest road pass in Wales.
Accommodation Plasau Barn is equipped and decorated to the highest 5 Star standard with accommodation for up to three people in one large double and one comfortable single bedroom. The lounge has a wood burning stove for those cosy evenings and the kitchen is new and fully equipped. Outside, guests have use of a private sundeck and access to a steeply terraced garden with spectacular views across the Dovey valley. Our rates are fully inclusive of all linen and towels as well as electricity, heating and a welcome basket of essential provisions. We regret that we are unable to accept pets or children under the age of 5 years at Plasau. We are also strictly non-smoking within both the property and the grounds.
