18 Pilmour Links, St.Andrews, is a self contained ground floor flat with lounge on elevated split level to enjoy view across the OLD COURSE, THE WEST SAND, AND ST.ANDREWS BAY. - The entrance is from Grannie Clark's Wynd which continues as the right of way across the fairways of the Old Course.
- Parking for two medium-sized cars is unusual in this exclusive part of the town.
The location is excellent for the holidaymaker. Six Golf Courses within easy walking distance. The West Sands, a magnificent stretch of safe, clean golden beach - a two minutes walk. St.Andrews has many historical and interesting places to visit, including University, Castle, Harbour, Leisure Centre. Fife has a wealth of small coast villages to explore.
Accommodation
The FLAT is well maintained and centrally heated in all rooms, and has an electric heater in the living room. Pine woodwork is a feature in every room. A family holiday home which can cater for the needs of a family at different stages and interests. It is designed for 4 to 6 people. Space saving beds can be stowed away in a pine cupboard, fully made up for regular use if desired during the day. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Can be adapted to a sitting room during the day. Two single beds - one stowing and one can be used as couch. There is also a futon. Lounge: Usual Lounge furnishings. In addition there is a double wall bed in a pine cabinet. The bedding can be stowed away in situ in a specially built pine cupboard. Colour TV/video. Dining table. No telephone. Kitchen: Fully equipped for 6. Electric cooker, fridge, automatic washing machine, drying cupboard, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and dining table. Bathroom/Toilet: Bath, basin, WC, elctric shower, humidistat.
